Alan L. Raines is one of the founders and a partner of the firm. He provides litigation and general counsel services to a wide range of clients, including companies and individuals, assisting them with all types of business, construction, and real estate issues. Alan brings over two decades of business, construction, and real estate litigation experience to the firm, and has represented clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the State. Prior to founding the firm, Alan gained valuable litigation experience at a national law firm in the Fort Lauderdale office, and at a prominent Fort Lauderdale-based law firm, in which he handled complex litigation matters in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate related litigation, construction litigation, and probate and trust litigation. Alan has been named as a Super Lawyer in Business Litigation from 2017-2021, and was previously named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2012-2016. Alan served as an elected representative for the 17th Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Board of Governors, Young Lawyers Division, from 2009-2013, and as an appointed member from 2013-2015. Alan resides in Boca Raton with his wife Nicole, and two sons Max and Ari.
